Youth Veakvey was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: to ​create a clothing brand that embodies the vibrant spirit of youth. Our ​designs are inspired by the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of ​young people, and we believe that fashion should be a reflection of ​your unique personality and aspirations.

Since its founding in early 2024, Youth Veakvey has been led by ​Meng Lyhong, a creative artist, fashion enthusiast, and young ​entrepreneur based in Cambodia. Lyhong, also known by his artist ​name "DeXterity" or simply "Dex," is a notable figure in the ​Cambodian modern art scene, renowned for his incredible realism ​and intricate doodle combinations.

Dex was inspired to start Youth Veakvey ​after observing a lack of youthful spirit in ​Cambodia's fashion scene. He noticed that ​many young fashion lovers were turning to ​famous brands from other countries. This ​sparked a thought: "What if we, as Khmer ​people, created our own brand with the ​same quality or perhaps even better?" ​Thus, Youth Veakvey was born, aiming to ​empower the youth of Cambodia and ​beyond with high-quality, locally-inspired ​fashion.
